Wuxi Superhuman Gear Cold Extrusion Co ., Ltd was set up in 1994 which once was a private joint venture company and now is a Sino-Singapore joint venture. It locates in the northern suburb of Wuxi and lies 100km to the west of Shanghai so the traffic is very convenient.
Now we have 245 employees totally including 17 technical engineers and 10 quality engineers. The total area is 80,000 square meters, and the construction area is up to 30,000 square meters. And our total fixed assets value is 60,000,000 yuan. We have bought more than 600 first-class machines and test equipment, such as Cold Extruders:20sets, Autocontrol TrunkType Multiple Carbon Potential Furance:4sets, Brove Scleromter:2sets, Tri-Dimensional Measuring Machine:2sets, Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine, Gear Examination Center:2sets, Metallography Microscope, Electric Sping Dynamometer, Unidirectional Durable Testing Machine and so on. Technology strength and production capacity have a leading position in China. We have been certificated by ISO/TS16949 quality system in 1994 then provides a more reliable guarantee for product quality.
Our professionally produce starter drive, overrunning alternator pulley, and output gear. More than 900 kinds of starter drive which belong to 5 series, i.e. Gear-reduction series, Radial-tooth series, Roller type series, R-pring type series, Planetgear decelerate series; nearly 100 kinks of overrunning alternator pulley. Nowadays our annual output is up to 4,000,000 units, 50% of which are for export to America, the European Union, Southeast Asia, and dozens of countries, and 15% of which are provided for overseas OE market. The rest of 50% are provided for the domestic OE market, including to DongfengCummins, Beijing Foton Cummins, Heavy truck hangfa, Weichai power, Wuxi Diesel engine, Yuchai, Jiangling Motors, ISUZU, Geely, Haima, Lifang Automobile and so on.
Our company's annual production capacity is 4 million sets. And we have 245 employees including 17 technical engineers and 10 quality engineers with strong development and application ability. The cold extrusion equipment is equipped with robotic automatic feeding and reclaiming, and each process of the assembly line has the function of misplacement to ensure product quality. Our company has both aftermarket and OE market supporting experience. After-sales market supplies BOSCH, CARGO, WAI, AS; OE market supplies BorgWarner, REMY, COMSTAR, Prestolite. Our products are sold to: Europe, North and South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South Korea and other countries.
